March Beer of the Month at the RAM: 71 Pale Ale

The most recent brew to join the year-round line-up at the RAM is the 71 Pale Ale and is featured this March at all RAM Restaurant and Brewery locations. Named for the year RAM International was established, the brew honors the original founders of the restaurant.

The 71 Pale Ale is a distinctly drinkable Pale Ale brewed with a touch of rye and a blend of five hops. It is deep copper in color, has a subtle spicy rye character and an enjoyable flavor of hops.

The Ram Restaurant and Brewery brews its’ own ales and lagers on the premises of their locations. Hand-crafted beers such as the 71 Pale Ale and the Big Horn Blonde Ale are featured year-round on the Ram menu, while other brews are considered “seasonal” and alternate on the taps throughout the year.

With 28 locations in seven states, the Ram Restaurant and Brewery is a family owned and operated business headquartered in Lakewood, Wash.
