The RAM Rewards loyalty club is a tool we use to reward our most loyal customers. Please note: this club is for guests only. You are not allowed to collect or redeem points as a RAM team member. If you have already joined the club in error, please send an email to points@theram.com and request to have your account deactivated.
Upon joining, customers receive:
- 1 point for every $1 they spend.
- 2 points for every $1 they spend on “double points Tuesdays”.
- A free $8 dining credit for every 100 points accrued.
- A free $10 dining credit on their birthday. (Please note: guest must supply an email address for this to work.)
- A series of “nurture” offers, which are automated by system. (Please see this module for more info on automated offers.)
- News and special offers throughout the year.
Some quick tips for helping our guests get the most out of their memberships:
- Many of our guests do not have a paired credit card in the system, and that’s okay! You can use the ‘lookup’ button on your Toast handheld to pull up their account by email address. (Please see this quick video to learn more about the ‘lookup’ feature.)
- If a guest has not received credit for a past transaction, you can ask them to email a copy of their receipt to points@theram.com and the HO will take care of it from there.
- If a guest would like to merge an old account (or email) with a new one, please have them email points@theram.com as well.
