Every season requires special, SEASONAL eats. We know that, so every summer, we do it big. Our Summer Grubbin’ seasonal menu is here, and it’s delicious. Seven new, limited-time items that are perfect for summer and its warm weather. Some say these menu items taste better when eaten outside.
From waffles to pizza, we have you covered. Don’t you worry, we definitely brought the flavor this summer. Every item pairs great with one of our locally-brewed RAM beers, and we even brought dessert and cocktails!
In the mood for a burrito but feel like eating with a fork and not your hands? Look no further than our Blackened Chicken Bowl! Full of all your classic burrito bowl fixings, with a little more character. Instead of plain old brown or white rice, our bowl is packed with delicious Spanish rice. For added spice and flavor, we threw in some delicious smoked Anaheim peppers.
Cauliflower pizza is all the rage these days, so we made one of our own! If you’ve never tried cauliflower crust, you absolutely must. It’s light, flaky and delicious, just like its traditional counterpart! Ours features chicken and tangy barbecue sauce, perfect flavor for summer.
Do you like sandwiches? You’re in luck! Summer Grubbin’ features two new sandwiches to choose from. The Sonoran Hamburguesa is no ordinary hamburger. This Mexican-inspired burger features savory and spice a-plenty and is sure to satisfy that hamburger craving in a whole new way. You never knew you needed pico de gallo on a burger until now. Also, yes, we topped it with smooth and creamy guacamole! Love Korean BBQ? Try our Korean BBQ sandwich! Tenderloin strips marinated in sweet & spicy gochujang bulgogi sauce, sautéed peppers and mushrooms, Wisconsin mozzarella cheese and house-made cheese sauce on a French roll. Yum!
Last but not least, we got pretty sweet and savory this summer. Chicken & waffles seem to be more elusive than need-be, but we got ’em! Belgian waffles, fried chicken, maple syrup. Need we say more? To finish things off, try our s’mores pie! Chocolate ice cream, marshmallow cream, toasted marshmallows, graham cracker crust and chocolate syrup. Wow!

Now through July 7th, stop by the Issaquah RAM for our new HY-Lands Pale Ale. This is a small-batch seasonal beer brewed by The RAM to support programs provided by the Highlands Youth Advisory Board of Issaquah. $1 of every pint sold will benefit this great cause ans support local teens! The HY-Lands Pale Ale is distinctly drinkable with a subtle, toasty rye malt profile and citrusy, herbal hop flavors.
We were very excited to team up with Christy Garrard and the Issaquah Highlands team. Regional Manager Mark Patterson, along with Issaquah RAM store leader Collin McNees decided that the Issaquah RAM, along with the Issaquah Highlands was the perfect partnership for a great local fundraiser! We hope to see you at the Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah, at The RAM supporting this amazing cause with a refreshing beer!

For American Craft Beer Week, we’re offing our seasonal beer, Cinco Patas for just $3 from 5/13-5/19! Celebrate American-made craft beer this week with one that is truly special. This Mexican-style lager is light and refreshing, with just a bit of a bite to it to make things interesting. Cinco Patas is a great beer to close out Spring and lead us into Summer, so come on in for a pint!
Don’t worry, We’ll have all our other beers on tap, too. That includes all flagships and even other small-batch seasonal offerings. Once a year, The RAM Celebrates Spring time with our biggest limited-time event, Burgerama! This year, seven new burgers found their way into our restaurants and onto your plates. Not to worry, there’s still one week left to try them!
Every burger brings its own unique style and flavor to the table. Are you a fan of mushrooms on burgers? You’ll love the I’m a Fungi burger, complete with a medley garlic roasted mushrooms, garlic butter, garlic sour cream on a delicious grilled bun. Do you love fajitas? If so, you’ll love the Fajita Bacon Burger, with our famous Amber Ale cheese sauce, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and Applewood smoked bacon. This burger is sure to please anyone! We know we have the best mac & cheese, so we went ahead and put it on a burger! Along with bacon and our Amber Ale cheese sauce, it’s simple yet oh so delicious.
All of our burgers pair well with a RAM beer, so don’t forget to order one to wash it all down! Our tap list is always complete with a great variety of flagship styles, like Big Red’s IPA and the Hometown Blonde, as well as rotating seasonal brews to try!
