RAM Restaurant Group Serves One Millionth Proud Mary Blood Mary

LAKEWOOD, WA – The RAM Restaurant Group is pleased to announce that their RAM and C.B. & Potts Restaurants & Breweries recently served their 1,000,000th Proud Mary Bloody Mary. The Proud Mary is an impressive 18 ounces and is served in a signature Bigger, Better, Fresher glass along with a double shot of Finlandia Vodka. It’s made with Demetri’s all-natural Bloody Mary Seasoning, tomato juice and marinated ice cubes. The Proud Mary is crowned with a cheese and vegetable K-Bob and decked out with a snit of the company’s gold medal-winning Blonde Ale.

Special guests Bill and Trina both enjoyed the one millionth and the one million and first Proud Mary at the company’s University Village location in Seattle. They decided to drop in for a drink while they were out shopping and were delighted to hear the good news when their Proud Marys were served. To signify the one millionth milestone, The Watters were surprised with a weekend getaway to New Orleans which includes a riverboat excursion on the Mississippi where they’ll be “rollin’ down the river!”

RAM Restaurant & Brewery Serves the Impossible Burger

In the mood for a burger but wondering if there’s a non-meat alternative? Impossible, right? Can’t have a burger without meat. Wrong. The Impossible Burger is 100% meatless, but still packs all the same flavor of a 100% beef patty into every bite. You’re probably wondering about the nutritional value of the Impossible Burger. How could it possibly contain the same essential nutrition and protein as beef? That’s where wheat and potato proteins come in, so don’t you worry, you’ll still get that satisfying beef-like fill. Tasting exactly like beef isn’t so impossible thanks one key ingredient, heme, an iron-containing protein that gives the impossible the same savory taste as a beef burger.

Looks like a burger, smells like a burger, tastes like a burger. Our plant-based Impossible burger comes topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle chips on a sourdough bun, all for $12.95. Want even more? Add cheese for $1 or bacon for $2.

Udder Chaos Imperial Milk Stout on Tap at The RAM Restaurant and Brewery

The Holidays are here and the award-winning Udder Chaos Imperial Milk Stout is on tap at the RAM for a limited time only!  The recipe is inspired by the gold and silver medal batches that were judged at the annual  Beer Festival in Denver and this decorated seasonal feature is a shoo-in to be a guest favorite.

“Our goal is to create layers of flavor, starting with a variety of dark roasted malts, milk sugar (aka lactose) and fresh roasted coffee with decadent notes of dark chocolate and a smooth creamy finish,” said Director of Brewery Operations, Dave Leonard. “I could ramble about this selection but no need because this beer is simply awesome.”

Udder Chaos is recommended to pair with the savoy Steakcation menu and our sweet bread pudding or cookie skillet.

This limited release will be available throughout December so stop in to take a break from the holiday chaos to enjoy an Udder Chaos.

The Weather’s Just Right for a Steak-cation

An award-winning brewery deserves a steak menu to match, and that’s exactly what the RAM Restaurant & Brewery has created with Steakcation – a limited-time menu boasting customizable 8oz sirloin steak dinners starting at just $16.99. Banger Smith, Brand Leader at The RAM, comments: “Our Harris Ranch sirloin steaks come from all-natural, grass-fed beef finished with corn for the last couple of weeks. Our Steakcation menu showcases four delicious sirloin preparations, all flame-grilled to juicy perfection.”

The RAM’s Steakcation menu is all about value and customization. Start with your choice of a soup or a house salad. Next, choose your favorite sirloin preparation: Black & Bleu (peppercorn crusted with Wisconsin Bleu Cheese crumbles and maitre ‘d butter), Garlic Roasted Mushroom (garlic mushroom demi-glace), Zesty Rubbed (17-spice rub and maitre ‘d butter), or Simply Grilled (maitre ‘d butter). Finally, make your Steakcation a trip to remember with two delicious side selections, including cheddar mashed potatoes, onion rings, and sweet potato fries (just to name a few). Globe-trotting Steakcationers can double their sirloin portion for just $7, and every plate comes with a generous portion of RAM’s signature crispy onions as well.

“My favorite is the Black & Bleu cooked medium-rare,” Smith added. “I pair that with our house Big Red’s IPA. Of course, our Buttface Amber Ale or our medal-winning Udder Chaos Imperial Milk Stout would also be great with any Steakcation selection.”

Steakcation is available now through December 31st at The RAM Restaurant & Brewery.

(Please note: Steakcation features are not available in Tacoma, Federal Way, Puyallup South Hill, or Seattle Northgate.)
